Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

Returning a Product: If you don’t like the product when it’s delivered, you can give it back right away. If you’re not home to check it, you have 24-48 hours to tell us if there’s a problem. You need to take pictures of the bad items and send them to us. We might give you a new product if you return the old one. If the products you get are not what you ordered, we will send you the correct ones.

Delivery Problems: If the delivery fails because of a wrong address, no one home, or refusal to accept, you will still have to pay for the order. An extra 30 rupees will be charged for a second delivery attempt.

Refunds

We do not give refunds. If there is a problem with the product, we will replace it with a new one. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation

No cancellations accepted from the side of consumers.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {support@spujafoods.com} .
